     This letter will introduce you to HI Media, a multi-media company that is engaged in a pilot project with the Virginia Tourism Corporation to test high-tech kiosk information systems for the traveling public.

      This project comes at no cost to taxpayers, but relies on industry partners who want to extend their marketing message at Welcome Centers and Rest Areas in a new and dynamic way. The kiosk will reinforce our Live Passionately, Virginia Is For Lovers brand and the other marketing strategies we implement.
